GRAPE VARIETIES
A 100% varietal produced from the "Tinta de Toro" the most widely planted red variety in this region.

VINIFICATION

AGEING
A deep colored wine, aged for a short period in new American oak casks (five months) to obtain a wine that is maintaining a wide structure in the mouth with elegant fruit notes.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

TASTING NOTES

Pale yellow with a greenish rim; clean and bright. Intense aromas, with a hint of tropical fruit and notes of pineapples and passion fruit against a citrus background. Very flavoursome, exotic and fruity in the mouth.

GRAPE VARIETIES
100% Verdejo from vines that are between 20 and 45 years old, with low plantation densities and low production yields, providing an exclusive wine.

VINIFICATION
Made with the choicest grapes, destemmed and crushed before applying state-of-the-art cold maceration and fermentation techniques to achieve the maximum varietal expression in terms of both aromas and flavours.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

TASTING NOTES

Intense dark cherry-red with lovely purple hues. Aromas of blackberries and blueberries, with subtle hints of violets. Meaty and fruity in the mouth, with a touch of freshness that makes it very enjoyable. Long, persistent finish.

100% Tinta de Toro from controlled vineyards with low planting densities, coupled with suitable soils and climate to produce exceptional berries.

VINIFICATION
Made with destemmed, crushed grapes, with short maceration periods in contact with the skins and a controlled fermentation at low temperatures, in order to maintain varietal aromas and flavours.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

TASTING NOTES

Deep cherry-red with a garnet rim. A wealth of powerful, vinous aromas, with accompanying notes of oak and ripe grapes. Warm, meaty and full-bodied in the mouth, with tannins that are strong yet well-polished and sweet. Round, tasty finish; very persistent. A local wine that follows current trends.

SPECIFICATIONS

GRAPE VARIETIES
100% Tinta de Toro from ungrafted Vitis vinifera with a low planting density, directly on rugged terrain with low production figures.

VINIFICATION
Classical vinification with destemmed, crushed grapes, controlled fermentation with long macerations to achieve a solid structure, a marked personality and a positive development over time.

AGEING
Aged for eight months in American oak barrels and six months in the bottle, in order to achieve outstanding complexity and roundness.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

TASTING NOTES

Raspberry-pink; clean and bright. Deliciously fragrant notes of strawberries and red currants, with a fresh, well-balanced mouthfeel.

SPECIFICATIONS

GRAPE VARIETIES
85% Tinta de Toro and 15% Garnacha from vines 10 to 15 years old, producing grapes that add significant youth and fruit to the wine.

VINIFICATION
Made with destemmed, crushed grapes and a very short maceration period in contact with the skins. The free-run must is fermented at low temperatures.
